we just have to stop meeting like this. wink, wink.
i’m GiGi — your classic NY-born-and-bred arts freak. my love for visual arts eventually led me to national youth art exhibitions, and not long after that, i picked up the violin. between competitive sports, chamber orchestras, and academic societies, i also spent a lot of formative time riding the LIRR into the city, chasing whatever TDF ticket my grandmother could get her hands on.
i vividly remember the first time i watched a Broadway curtain rise — the overture to Les Misérables hit, and something in me just clicked. it felt like a cosmic thread connecting everything i had ever loved. since then, my passion for storytelling across artistic disciplines has only grown. when i’m not on stage, set, or in rehearsal, you can usually find me with my loved ones, exploring new thrift stores, browsing metaphysical shops, or on a hot girl walk with my dog, Penny Lane.
for the record: virgo sun, aries moon, scorpio rising + very queer!
in 2022, i moved to NYC to pursue my degree in musical theatre at Manhattan School of Music. during my time there, i had the honor of performing in and assisting on developmental workshops, cabarets, plays, and musicals. most recently, i made my screen debut as the lead of an NYU short (releasing this May), as well as in productions with A24, Apple TV+, and Hulu. i’ve also been exploring writing for the stage and screen, and i’m looking forward to this new chapter in NYC — especially all the collaborations ahead.
thanks so much for visiting my site :)
